Expanded The Actual Principle from four criteria to five — added navigating alternatives/avoiding costly mistakes and educating on the market as their own distinct functions, and folded discovery-not-correction into the challenge criterion.
Added the Analogy section to bridge the core principle and the application — uses a driver going the wrong way to contrast bashing someone with a direct accusation against handing them a map and letting them find the mistake themselves.
Rebuilt How To Apply It into an eight-step framework that separates surfacing the hidden cost, naming the flawed belief, building the diagnosis alone, and only then connecting it to the unique benefit — keeping diagnosis and solution as sequential, not simultaneous, moves.
Rebuilt the barber and local business examples in What This Looks Like to demonstrate the full sequence in miniature — underappreciated benefit, hidden cost, flawed belief, diagnosis, then the connection back to the offer.
